> yoonoo is an AI chatbot for websites and docs. It answers your visitors from your pages, help center and PDFs, in a chat bubble or inline in your docs, for $2 per 1,000 messages.

## Key facts

- Price: $0.002 per message, prepaid in packs: 5,000 for $10, 10,000 for $20, 50,000 for $100, 100,000 for $200. One message is one visitor question and its answer. Credits never expire; optional auto-recharge.
- Indexed pages: the first 10 are free. Bigger knowledge bases add a monthly page plan: up to 100 pages $5, up to 500 pages $20, up to 1,000 pages $30, up to 5,000 pages $100, up to 10,000 pages $150.
- No seat pricing (one login per account), no per-agent pricing, no feature tiers. The page quota is per account, across all its assistants.
- Knowledge sources: a website crawl, PDF and TXT uploads (up to 10 MB per file) and pasted text.
- On your site: a floating chat widget (one script tag) or inline chat embedded in any page, with suggested questions.
- Also included: a satisfaction score per conversation, questions over your conversations, and an API.
- Not included: a human live chat inbox, ticketing, and channels such as WhatsApp, Slack or Messenger.
- Built for SaaS and online products whose answers live in docs, help centers, API references and PDFs.
